PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The distances between event venues and accommodation are not long, but if needed, the Turku region's public transport, Foli, will be available. You can find route guides and buy tickets through the Föli app, but all Föli buses also accept contactless payments!
Parking in university parking areas is chargeable on weekdays 8-16. At other times, the parking areas are freely available, except for spaces reserved for personal parking permits.

Sandvik is a global, high-tech engineering group providing solutions that enhance productivity, profitability and sustainability for the manufacturing, mining and infrastructure industries. The tour provides an opportunity to learn about Sandvik's factory in Turku, hear more about Sandvik's products, and explore the various job roles available there.
The Materials Research Laboratory studies semiconductor materials with the aim of developing better materials to meet the needs of the technology industry. The laboratory’s research combines strong experimental expertise in ultra-high vacuum technology and surface treatment with high-level computational skills. During the excursion, you will get to know the laboratory's research methods, materials, and, of course, the equipment.
During the guided tour of Turku Castle you will hear about everyday life, celebrations, war and love within the Castle walls. You will hear stories about life in the middle ages and the glamour in the renaissance court..The tour will go through the medieval part of the Castle.
ACCOMODATION
Accommodation for IntegraatioFest is located at Turun Steiner-koulu(a school), Kaivokatu 12. Sleeping happens on the floor and one needs their own bedding and sleeping pad. People are divided to sleep in different spaces with other people from their own organization. Distance from the lodgings to the University is 900 meters, 1.3 km to T-talo, 1.7 km to Q-talo and 1.9 km to the city centre. Bus lines between the accommodation and city centre are numbers 32, 42, ja 53A. Bus timetables can be found at https://www.foli.fi/en or in the Föli-app.
The doors at the school are locked during the weekend and therefore one can visit the accommodation only at certain predetermined times. During these times there will be two monitors present to open the door, guide people to their sleeping spaces and answer the phone.

Monitors are present at the school as follows:
Friday at 17:00-18:30 and 21:00-00:00.
Saturday at 00:00-10:00, 14:00-17:00 and 21:00-00:00.
Sunday at 00:00-12:00 (Remember the end of Daylight saving time.)
Transportation for luggage from the University to the accommodation will be organized if one does not wish to visit the accommodation before the start of Friday’s Sitz Party. On Sunday one must leave the lodgings by 12:00.
The accommodation only has a couple of showers so everyone who has chosen to stay at the school also has a chance to shower on Saturday at 10-14 at Iskeri sportshall, Rehtorinpellonkatu 4.
Consuming alcohol or other substances or having them visible at the school premises is strictly forbidden.
